My Soap Dish : Peppermint Lemonade and Kumquat

I order too many soaps sometimes, so I change them out of my soap dish frequently. The main reason for this is that I was my hands a LOT and that I actually wash them for the germ killing recommendation of 30 seconds. After the soap gets to a certain size, I pop them in a plastic bag and take them on the go so that I don't need to use the yucky soap pumps at restaurants, stores, and work.

The smell of this soap was a lot lighter before I added water. It's Peppermint Lemonade from Flourish Bath and Body. (find her HERE @ Etsy) I'm not really a fan of this bar. The scent of the peppermint, in my opinion, totally overpowers the lemonade. It smells like strong peppermint gum in some respect. The bar itself is a soft rectangle with apricot seeds for exfoliation. Personally, I like the apricot seeds. They're gentle and not too harsh on my hands. The bar is pretty, but I definitely won't be buying another one.

You can buy this soap on Etsy from Flourish Bath and Body. (or if you're like me and don't like peppermint that much, go HERE to browse her other soaps.)

Sunbasilgarden is my favorite soap maker. I'll say that right now and put that bias out front and center. I have so many different bars from her it's practically an obsession. (find her HERE @ Etsy) I grabbed this Pink Bunco Dice soap (I don't even know what Bunco is) because it's kumquat scented. Kumquat. It's really sweet, but not overly sweet, and it scents up my bathroom nicely. This one doesn't have any exfoliants in it, but it's nice and smooth. I have another one hiding on my soap shelf, but I'll probably pop a different scent in the dish before this one makes it around again.
